Multigenerational Home Renovation Tax Credit
A refundable tax credit for the cost of building a secondary unit so a senior (65+) or an adult eligible for the Disability Tax Credit can live with family.

Who qualifies
- The renovation must create a self-contained secondary unit for a related senior (65+) or an adult eligible for the Disability Tax Credit.
- The unit needs its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area.
